Sublime Compact machine: a perfect espresso in seconds
The Sublime has a compact format that allows it to easily find a place in your kitchen. With its0.8 L water tank, it allows you to make up to6 cups of coffee; it's therefore an ideal machine for couples or small offices. For convenience, it hasremovable partsincluding its water tank, its pouring spout and its cup rest.
After extraction, simply lift the lever located above the machine for the capsule to fall into thecollection tray. A tray that can hold about 6 capsules.
For maintenance, thecup restas well as thepouring spoutcan be removed so you can rinse them under water or put them in the dishwasher. Then, for thebody of the machine, a wipe with a damp cloth is enough. When it's time to descale the machine, the buttons will light up and you just need to pour descaling solution into the water tank and run the machine WITHOUT capsules. After30 minutes,fill your water tank again and run the machine empty, to ensure there's no descaling solution left. After this final step, your capsule machine will be like new!

This capsule machine is both fast and simple to use. It's the perfect machine for people who live alone or as a couple. It keeps its promise by delivering a perfect espresso with beautiful crema.
I was able to perform several extractions and enjoy the machine's ease of use. The top buttons are intuitive and provide direct access to drinks. In terms of value for money, it can be said that this machine does the job well. However, if I had to give a negative point, I would mention the absence of a pre-infusion, which would help bring out all the aromas.
