Ready to revolutionize your coffee ritual? The Barista Touch Impress, heir to the famous Barista Touch, offers you three new features for even more professional results.
Like its predecessor, the Barista Touch Impress features an elegant stainless steel housing.
The integrated grinder is equipped with high-quality stainless steel conical burrs, with a system of 30 settings different to obtain the ideal grind according to the chosen coffee beans.
With a capacity of 340 grams, the hopper allows you to prepare several cups of coffee without having to refill it frequently.
With its innovative heating system, the ThermoJet, the Sage Barista Touch Impress reaches the optimal extraction temperature in just three seconds.
The 2-liter water tank offers great autonomy, ideal for daily use.
The Barista Touch Impress is the first assisted espresso machine from SAGE, with technologies to help you make your favorite coffees and milk drinks with ease.
Impress Puck for perfect tamping
The Barista Touch Impress is equipped with a side lever that allows you to tamp the coffee evenly.
The SAGE Barista Touch Impress doesn't just tamp the coffee. Indeed, the Impress Puck system copies the barista's gesture with a pressure of 10 kg and a professional 7° twist on the ground coffee puck.
This straight and homogeneous tamping guarantees perfect extraction. The tamping lever requires no effort, as the machine does all the work.
The Barista's Guide on touchscreen
Like the Barista Touch, the SAGE Barista Touch Impress espresso machine is equipped with a digital touchscreen to choose your drink and access numerous settings.
The great innovation is the barista guide : everything has been designed to simplify your life, with clear instructions in French, and icons to indicate what to touch.
- Grinding guide : The machine automatically detects if the dose of ground coffee is correct. If not, the screen will ask you to grind a little more and tamp again, until the dose is perfect.
When you change coffee beans, the Sage Barista Touch Impress will also allow you to calibrate the grinder to adjust to the new coffee, following the instructions on the screen.
- Extraction Guide : the machine measures the flow rate and will guide you on the screen if your coffee is over or under-dosed. It will give you the steps to follow to get the best result in the cup.
- Milk Froth Guide : you can choose the milk temperature and the desired froth level for your beverage.
The digital touchscreen also allows you to set up and save your drinks, access maintenance, follow tutorials, etc. All with very clear instructions.
The Auto MilQ function with settings for plant-based milks.
The Barista Touch Impress is equipped with an automatic milk frothing system. The included milk jug allows you to make delicious milk beverages effortlessly.
With Auto MilQ technology, place your jug with the desired amount of milk, immerse the steam wand and follow the instructions on the screen to obtain perfect milk froth.
With Auto MilQ, you can:
- Choose the milk temperature with seven settings (from 45° C to 45° C).
- Choose the froth consistency, with eight levels of micro-foam.
- Adjust the temperature, pressure and duration of the steam according to the type of milk used : cow's milk, almond milk, soy milk or oat milk.
Plant-based milks tend to overheat more than cow's milk. This intelligent system automatically adjusts its parameters according to the type of milk used, for always perfect results.
Other features of the SAGE Barista Touch Impress
- Eight preset beverages : espresso, flat white, latte, cappuccino, long black, babyccino, hot chocolate, tea.
- The tea function allows you to adjust the water temperature according to the type of tea used.
- Digital control of PID temperature
- Separate hot water outlet
- A small hidden drawer behind the drip tray to store your accessories.

Accessories : 480 ml stainless steel milk jug, 54 mm stainless steel portafilter, cleaning disc, cleaning tablets, descaling powder, single cup pressurized filter, two cup pressurized filter, single cup single wall filter, two cup single wall filter, water filter cartridge with holder, cleaning brush, "The Razor" precision dosing tool, steam wand cleaning tool, water hardness test strip.
Maintenance:To prolong the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better in-cup results, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water). Don't forget to descale your appliance following the brand's advice (see manual) and to clean the accessories regularly.
Maintaining the Sage Barista Touch Impress is simplified thanks to the on-screen instructions, the steam wand that purges automatically and the tamping system cover that removes easily to clean inside.
