The Nespresso® "The Original" compatible coffee capsule machine in Beige by Sjöstrand stands out with its refined design and clean lines that reflectScandinavian minimalism. One of the highlights of this machine is its ease of use. Sjöstrand designed this model with aminimalist interface based on three main buttons. These buttons allow you to select the coffee size, either ashort espresso or alungo. Then, the machine features an adjustable drip tray, designed to fit different cup sizes, from the smallest espresso cups to the largest15 cm.
The machine is equipped with a rapid heating system, ready in just25 to 30 seconds after switching on. This makes it ideal for those who don’t want to wait long before enjoying their morning coffee. Moreover, it has a removable1.2-literwater tank, large enough to avoid frequent refills, yet easy to remove for quick cleaning.

Behind its elegant appearance, the "The Original" machine hides advanced technology that ensures perfect coffee extraction. Equipped with a19-barpump, it ensures that every coffee capsule is used to its full potential. This pressure extracts theoilsandaromasof the coffee precisely, creating athickand velvety crema on espressos, the signature of a well-extracted coffee.
Then, the brand designed this machine with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind. The machine switches toenergy-savingmode after28 minutesof inactivity. This feature is especially handy for those who often forget to turn off their appliances after use.
Maintaining the machine is just as simple as using it. The used-capsule container, located at the front of the machine, holds about15 capsulesbefore needing to be emptied, limiting interruptions during coffee preparation. Thedrip tray, also removable, makes cleaning easy and prevents overflows.

I had the opportunity to test several capsule machines and I would say that this one stands out for its heating speed and extraction quality. It is equipped with two buttons that allow you to select the length of the coffee. I found this function very practical as it allows you to vary the pleasures without having to perform complex adjustments. You can feel that everything has been designed for smooth and intuitive use, without any hassle. In the cup, you get a coffee with a thick crema, a sign of a good coffee.
On the other hand, I noted a point that might be lacking for some; it does not offer functions for preparing milk-based coffees. So, serious cappuccino or latte lovers will have to invest in a separate milk frother.
