Baristator - Puck-Screen 58.5 mm
We all strive to improve every aspect of our coffee extraction, and poor water distribution can impact the final cup. Channeling, the barista's number-one enemy!
Made of stainless steel, the Baristator puck screen solves this problem! This accessory sits on top of the grounds in the portafilter. It maintains constant pressure on the puck during extraction, which helps better diffuse the water over the grounds thanks to its 150 µm perforations.
The advantage of this little perforated stainless disc is that the shower screen stays clean by creating a barrier between the puck and the shower, preventing water from flowing back up.
It measures 58.5 mm in diameter and is designed for 58 mm portafilters. 1.7 mm thick. 3 different designs are available.
It is very easy to clean and particularly durable. A simple rinse under water is enough.
No more uneven grounds causing irregular water flow.
Puck screen design is randomly selected at delivery.
