Jura E6 bean-to-cup coffee machine: Optimized extraction and pre-infusion
The Aroma Professional Grinder of the Jura E6 ensures precise grinding, fast and gentle on the beans, allowing up to 12.2 % more aromas to be extracted compared to a standard grinder.
Its adjustable brewing unit, able to hold between 5 and 16 g of coffee, automatically adapts the pressure according to the selected quantity, guaranteeing a perfectly balanced cup result.
Thanks to the Intelligent Pre-Brew Aroma System (I.P.B.A.S.), the beans are moistened before brewing, thus optimizing flavor extraction. Finally, the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.) ensures an ideal extraction time, enhancing the aromas of short coffees like ristrettos and espressos.

Simplified maintenance with the Claris Smart cartridge
The Jura E6 is equipped with Claris Smart cartridgesnew generation, specially designed to protect the machine from limescale and eliminate impurities that could alter the taste and smell of the water. These filters extend the service life of the machine while reducing scale buildup.
To enhance this protection, Jura has integrated the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.®), which uses RFID technology to enable communication between the cartridge and the machine. I had already greatly appreciated the previous version of the Jura E6, and this new edition has managed to retain all its qualities while bringing significant improvements. The Professional Aroma Grinder, for example, ensures uniform grinding and brings out the full aromatic richness of the beans. The new interface, even more intuitive, greatly simplifies use, which is an asset in a professional environment.
With its 11 programmable beverages, this machine offers features that are still as efficient: a grinder that is both fast and quiet, smartphone compatibility via the J.O.E. app, and simplified maintenance.
What I particularly appreciate in this version? The Doppio function, ideal for a strong and characterful coffee, as well as the addition of the ground coffee chute, previously absent, which allows you to prepare decaffeinated coffee with ease. The Lungo Barista and Espresso Macchiato options are also perfect for varying pleasures and satisfying all gourmet desires.
This 2022 edition of the Jura E6, with its elegant Piano Black finish, offers excellent value for money and a design that will harmoniously integrate into any professional space.
