The coffee grinderEureka Mignon Libra 65 All Purpose combines elegant design, technological precision, and versatility. It is designed for coffee enthusiasts who seek a perfect grind for all brewing methods.
Made fromtempered steel, its65 mm flat burrs provide a uniform grind essential for optimal coffee extraction. Compared to the Mignon Libra 55, the upper burr is blind and without holes, ensuring very low retention. Its "All purpose" versatility allows the coffee grinder toadapt to all brewing methods: espresso, aeropress, filter, or even French press. It can grind0.8 to 1.2 g of coffee for espresso and 2.5 to 3 g of coffee per second for other preparations, saving you valuable time.
The Mignon Libra 65 All Purpose is particularly quiet. Equipped with"Silent Technology", Mignon Libra operates at a reduced sound level, ideal for home use or quiet environments.
Like all models in the Mignon series, the Libra is compact, making it perfect for small spaces. Itselegant Italian aesthetic fits well in any kitchen. The Mignon Libra All Purpose features a modern digital interface with atouch screen. You can easily select the grind weight and customize settings according to your needs.
Added to all this, theACE system developed by Eureka prevents clumping in the grind. This innovative system prevents coffee grounds from clumping and reduces static electricity. Result: a uniform grind and even distribution of coffee in your portafilter.
Micrometric adjustment and built-in scale
Its continuous micrometric adjustment system allows you to adjust the grind fineness with exceptional precision, ideal for espresso as well as other methods (filter, French Press, etc.).
The"King Size button" on the Eureka Libra 65 All Purpose features arevolution counter that indicates how many times the burr has turned, allowing you to measure the dose in grams with great precision and providing visual feedback on the grinding progress.
Aprecise built-in scale in the grinder allows you to grind directly based on the desired weight (in grams), eliminating the need for an external scale. This Eureka coffee grinder is capable ofgrinding precise doses in secondsthanks to its powerful motor.
The coffee grinder is equipped with ahopper that can hold up to 350 g of coffee beans. It comes with a metal container for ground coffee and an anti-spill funnel. This grinder is relatively heavy due to its robust construction, providing great stability during grinding.
