The3.5-inch touch screen of the Specialista Touch is an assistance guide that makes navigation between the different preparation steps easy, allowing you to create personalized drinks effortlessly.
Its clean, modern all-metal design fits perfectly into any kitchen. Equipped with a stainless steel grinder with 15 settings to get a grind suited to your needs. The coffee machine has a 180 g capacity bean hopper and a large 1.8 L water tank that's easy to fill.
Its advanced thermoblock heating system allows for quick heating of all the coffee machine elements.
The "Bean Adapt" technology for precise bean grinding
The"Bean Adapt" technology uses an intelligent algorithm to analyze the specific characteristics of each bean and adjust the machine settings accordingly, thus offering a perfectly balanced cup of coffee.
This new technology analyzes your beans and automatically selects the ideal grind setting among 15 options, then adjusts the extraction parameters for each drink. Result: a customized coffee that reveals all the aromatic complexity of your beans.
Thanks to the barista tools, tamp perfectly without asking questions. The dosing and tamping guide ensures cleanliness and consistency for the user at every use in this operation that can prove technical. All instructions and different steps are indicated on the coffee machine's screen.
Cold Brew and automatic barista-quality milk foam
The coffee machine's color touch screen allows you to choose from 8 hot and cold drinks: Espresso, Americano, Cold brew, Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, Flat White, Hot milk, Hot water + customized drinks). You can adjust the cup quantity to your liking.
Thenew Auto LatteArt systemautomatically froths the milk. The Auto Latte Art of the Specialista Touch EC9455.M offers great flexibility to customize your milk foam. The steam wand produces micro-textured milk foam ideal for milk-based drinks, with4 temperature settings (55 / 60 / 65 / 70 °C) and5 possible foam densities(Low / Latte Art / Fine / Cappuccino / Very dense), compatible with animal or plant-based milk.
Thanks to the innovative Cold Extraction Technology,you can prepare a refreshing Cold Brew in less than 5 minutes.The barista accessories of the Specialista Touch EC9455.M
The Specialista Touch is equipped with acomplete barista kit: A 51 mm stainless steel portafilter, a cup rest, the new tamper with dosing and tamping level indicators, the tamping mat, the dosing and tamping guide, the stainless steel milk jug, the single 1 and 2 cup filters and maintenance accessories.
For machine maintenance, it's very simple. Empty and clean the drip tray after each use to avoid overflows. Clean the bean hopper and grinder outlet using the cleaning brush.
