The Moccamaster Select features an innovative half-pot mode, allowing you to brew a half-carafe or a full carafe on demand. The copper heating system of the Moccamaster maintains a stable, ideal temperature for perfect extraction. As extraction proceeds, water releases aromas that vary and separate into distinct layers.
