The Moccamaster KBG 741 Select offers an innovative half-carafe mode, allowing you to prepare between 1 to 10 cups (1.25 L). This mode automatically adjusts the water flow according to the desired amount of coffee, ensuring optimal extraction, whether serving a small or large quantity of coffee. A major advantage for professional work environments where flexibility and consistency are essential.
The copper heating system of the Moccamaster KBG 741 Select White ensures superior quality thermal regulation. The water temperature is maintained within the ideal range for perfect extraction, between 92 and 96°C, without risk of aroma degradation. Once extraction is complete, the coffee is kept at 80°C for 40 minutes, ensuring a quality coffee experience for several hours.
