Thanks to its copper heating element, the Moccamaster maintains the ideal temperature between 92-96°C, ensuring bitterness-free extraction. The machine features dual safety with thermostat and fuse for maximum reliability. The lid's auto-mix system ensures perfect coffee homogenization, and the spray head optimally diffuses water for maximum extraction.
Additionally, the anti-drip function allows brewing to be interrupted at any time, offering extra flexibility. Finally, the thermal carafe keeps your coffee at the ideal temperature for optimal tasting, even after some time. An ideal solution for demanding professionals.
