The Jaune Lemon green tea by Dammann Frères combines Chinese Sencha with lemongrass, enriched with essential oils of lime and sweet lemon, with a touch of ginger. This creation offers a balanced tasting experience, combining tangy freshness and spicy kick, ideal for consumption both hot and cold.
For optimal preparation, steep the tea in water between 80°C and 90°C for 3 to 4 minutes. A higher temperature will accentuate the drink's astringency, while cold brewing will enhance its refreshing effect.
