Coffee Granita with Ricotta Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
500 ml coffee - 100 g sugar - ½ vanilla pod - 120 ml ricotta - 28 g powdered sugar - 4 slices of brioche
Preparation :
Brew a strong moka coffee, then mix it with a vanilla syrup before freezing it while stirring regularly to obtain a grainy texture. Meanwhile, whip the ricotta with powdered sugar to create a sweet and light cream. Serve the granita well chilled with a spoonful of ricotta cream, accompanied by golden toasted brioche slices. A simple and refined Italian dessert to enjoy all summer long.
