A compact, designer and intuitive bean-to-cup coffee machine
The Kottea coffee machines are the fruit of the work of the innovation incubator of BaristaDiscount, dedicated to coffee innovations.
One of the great advantages of this model lies in its size: with only 18 cm wide and 39 cm deep, it fits easily into any kitchen, even the smallest ones.
Its containers are designed for individual or duo use. Its modern, sleek aesthetics, combined with quality finishes, blend elegantly into any interior.

Even though it does not allow you to change the coffee strength, its internal calibration provides consistent extraction quality. The cup length, on the other hand, remains customizable.

Little tip : for a dense and creamy milk foam, prefer whole UHT milk well chilled (4 °C). Protein-rich plant milks, such as soy milk, also work very well.
Kottea coffee machine: drink customization
This automatic machine allows you to manually adjust the volume of each drink, especially for milk-based preparations:
- Press the button for the chosen drink (e.g. cappuccino or latte macchiato).
- Once grinding is finished, hold the button down until you reach the desired foam volume, then release.
- Next, for the coffee, repeat the same operation: press and hold until the desired volume.
- The settings are automatically saved for the next use.
Maintenance of the Kottea One Touch CK307S.OT bean-to-cup coffee machine
Kottea has focused on simple operation and also hassle-free maintenance.
The grounds drawer pulls out from the front, offering real everyday convenience. The automatic spout rinse can be activated at start-up or shut-down, or done manually according to your preferences.
The machine also integrates a automatic descaling program. The coffee group is removable via a side hatch, making it easy to clean.
My maintenance advice:
Once a week, remove the coffee group, rinse it with lukewarm water to eliminate residues, let it dry, then put it back in place. Also remember to rinse the milk tube after each use, by immersing it in a container of clear water with a milk cleaner, then activating the "milk" button.
