1336 Scop Ti is a French tea brand whose identity is as strong as the flavor of its teas and infusions is delicious.
1336 is the number of days that lasted the showdown between the employees of the Fralib factory and the Anglo-Dutch multinational Unilever, the world's leading producer of ice cream and tea. Just a few kilometers from Marseille, workers fought to keep their jobs and save their Gémenos factory, which was slated for closure. After making their voices heard all summer, then the next, and the next, and after 1336 days of exemplary mobilization, the former Fralib employees finally won by taking over the factory as SCOP TI (Provençal Workers' Cooperative for Teas and Infusions) and launching the 1336 brand of teas and infusions.
This symbolic brand offers natural or flavored teas and infusions, 100% natural. All are made in Gémenos near Marseille, to the gentle sound of cicadas by the workers of the cooperative, passionate heirs to this incredible story.
