Puck-Screen 58.5 mm - Baristator
Optimizing every extraction parameter is essential to guarantee a quality espresso. Poor water distribution is often the cause of channeling, the true enemy of the barista.
The Baristator puck screen, made of stainless steel, provides an effective solution to this problem. Placed directly on the grounds in a 58 mm portafilter, it applies constant pressure on the puck and ensures even water diffusion thanks to its 150 µm perforations.
In addition to improving extraction, this accessory protects the shower screen of your machine by preventing coffee particles from rising, thus maintaining better hygiene during use.
With a diameter of 58.5 mm and a thickness of 1.7 mm, this puck screen is offered in three different designs (random design upon delivery). Its robust stainless-steel construction makes it extremely durable and easy to maintain: a quick rinse with water is enough.
It is also recommended to choose the pack, so you always have a clean puck screen within reach and ensure a smooth rotation between extractions.
