The Hario Polaris digital scale is a precision tool designed specifically for coffee enthusiasts who want to master every step of their brewing process.
Its built-in timer allows you to track brewing time simultaneously, an essential asset for extraction methods like V60 or Chemex. Thanks to its advanced features, it allows you to perfectly adjust coffee/water ratios, ensuring consistent extraction with every cup.
The backlit screen makes reading easy, even in low-light environments, and its touch buttons provide a smooth and intuitive user experience. Compact and lightweight, the Hario Polaris digital scale easily adapts to all coffee spaces.
A automatic timer starts as soon as you pour water, but you can also use it manually.

The Polaris scale by Hario offers 3 adapted modes to your usage needs:
Polaris Mode : the screen precisely displays the amount of water poured. No more calculations! You can finally focus fully on the perfect pour, the key to a successful recipe.
Ratio Mode : select your ideal ratio, and the smart mode instantly calculates the required amount of hot water, in perfect harmony with the dose of coffee you've chosen.
Classic Mode : the scale simply displays weight and time.
