The Moka Sidama Tabe from Lugat is an exceptional coffee from Ethiopia. It has a floral attack enhanced with a few honeyed notes. Its supple body and beautiful sweetness highlight chocolate notes in the mouth. The medium+ roast brings a silky texture, perfect for preparing a delicious espresso. Among all the Nespresso* Original compatible capsules in our range, it is undoubtedly the most accessible coffee for non-initiates, and the aromatic coffee par excellence for aficionados.

This coffee is produced under orchard, in an area where coffee cultivation is enriched by the fertile lands of the Ethiopian high plateaus. A polyculture farming system allows farmers to combine food crops and coffee on the same plots. The enset (false banana tree) holds an important place in these agricultural systems. This tree has significant nutritional qualities. It also has the particularity of retaining water in its trunk for long months. Its presence among the coffee trees provides constant humidity to the entire plot and promotes the trees' resistance to drier periods.
It is thanks to this polyculture, and the care given to the roasting of each coffee bean, that the Moka Sidama Tabe presents so many extraordinary characteristics in the cup.
