The Sage The Luxe Brewer Thermal is much more than a simple filter coffee maker. It’s a machine designed for demanding coffee lovers who want to customize every last parameter. It combines technology, extraction precision, and premium design to deliver a superb coffee experience. The Sage Luxe Brewer Thermal boasts the prestigious certification from the European Coffee Brewing Centre, an Oslo-based organization recognized for its high standards in filter coffee extraction quality.
Thanks to its Thermocoil system, this coffee maker heats up quickly and stably. The water reaches 96°C in the internal circuit, then exits the showerhead between 90 and 92°C—the ideal temperature for smooth, balanced extraction. The built-in pump allows precise control over the contact time between water and ground coffee, preventing any bitterness. Result: hot, aromatic coffee ready in under 5 minutes.

No more simple drip! Sage has integrated a 4-hole showerhead that evenly wets all the grounds, ensuring uniform distribution of water. This optimizes extraction, revealing both the coffee’s aromatic complexity and all its smoothness.
One of the machine’s major strengths is its programming. Via an intuitive screen, you can schedule your coffee to be ready when you wake up. On the same screen, 3 modes are offered:
- Brew, for classic extraction
- Cold Brew, for cold infusion
- Custom, which opens the door to full control: water temperature adjustable from 85 to 98°C, pre-infusion time adjustable from 10 to 60 seconds, pre-infusion water volume, and extraction flow rate (fast, moderate, or slow)

One coffee maker, two filters: for a cup or a carafe
The Luxe Brewer filter coffee maker features a removable filter holder compatible with two types of filters: a conical filter (standard 1x4 paper format) for classic extraction and a flat-bottom filter, ideal for making larger quantities of coffee. Its thermal carafe in stainless steel keeps heat perfectly while ensuring clean pouring thanks to its drip-stop system.
With its removable 1.8 L water tank, the coffee maker can brew up to 12 cups of coffee, yet remains just as effective for smaller brews, like a single cup. The tank is graduatedaccording to the type of preparation, including a specific indication for cold brew, perfectly guiding you on the quantities to use.
Delivered with a filter cartridge and a descaling indicator, maintenance is simple and well thought out to preserve the longevity of the machine.
