Monin recipe idea: Cherry Mojito
You will need:
- 30 ml Monin Cherry Fruit purée
- 40 ml light rum*
- 10 mint leaves
- ½ lime
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: Mint sprig, Lemon slice
Preparation:
- Muddle the lime, mint and Monin Fruit in the bottom of a glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Pour in the other ingredients except the sparkling water
- Top up with sparkling water
- Stir and serve
