The Philips Barista Brew metal PSA3218/01 espresso machine has been designed to deliver a barista-worthy coffee experience right at home. Thanks to its advanced features, it allows enthusiasts to customize each cup to their taste and preferences.
Its classic format is inspired by professional machines with a 58 mm stainless steel portafilter, compatible with single or double wall filters, allowing for precise extraction and generous crema.
With its elegant metal design, this machine blends harmoniously into a contemporary kitchen, while conveying reassuring solidity. Its thermoblock system allows it to reach the ideal temperature quickly, for near-instant startup.
One of the machine's great strengths lies in its 250g bean grinder with integrated conical burrs with 15 adjustment levels, allowing very fine tuning of the grind according to the type of beans and the desired drink. Finally, its 2.5 L reservoir ensures many extractions without constant refilling.

The Barista Brew PSA3218/01 also features a powerful steam wand, ideal for frothing milk precisely and making delicious cappuccinos or lattes with a creamy texture. It comes with a 450 ml stainless steel milk jug, graduated and equipped with a temperature indicator, perfect for reaching the ideal heat for milk-based drinks.
Behind its refined design, the machine proves simple and pleasant to use. Its button interface well arranged guides the user clearly, while visual indicators accompany each step of preparation. The front pressure gauge allows real-time monitoring of extraction pressure, a valuable asset for fine-tuning settings and achieving optimal in-cup quality.
The dial on the front allows you to easily dose the amount of ground coffee delivered into the portafilter, offering customized control for an extraction perfectly tailored to your preferences.
The machine thus adapts the grinding durationand the quantity dispensed automatically, eliminating the need to weigh doses for each preparation.
Accessories and maintenance
Accessories: 58 mm stainless-steel portafilter, single and double-shot 1- and 2-cup filters, 450 ml stainless-steel milk jug with built-in temperature indicator, cup riser, cleaning kit, tamper and grinding funnel.
Maintenance:The machine offers a backflush for deep cleaning. It alerts you when descaling is needed. By regularly cleaning the brew group, milk system and various drip trays, you preserve the taste quality of your drinks while preventing breakdowns caused by limescale or residue.
