The El Encanto coffee is grown in Antioquia, Colombia, at high altitude, by Juan Saldarriaga on his family farm. This specialty coffee, roasted by Bonanza Coffee, guarantees high-quality beans thanks to attentive, respectful cultivation.
The Tabi is a rare Colombian variety, born from a cross between Typica, Bourbon and Hybrido de Timor. Resistant to coffee-leaf rust, it combines durability and in-cup excellence. It charms with elegant acidity, complex fruity and floral notes, and a balanced sweetness that make it one of the most sought-after varieties in Colombia.
