Users can adjust their drink according to 5 strength levels, 3 brewing temperatures and 4 cup sizes, for precise customization.
Up to 4 user profiles can be created, letting each colleague memorize their preferences and access their recipes in one gesture.
The Bean Adapt technologyautomatically optimizes extraction parameters according to the coffee used, ensuring consistent, quality results. The built-in grinder, adjustable across 13 fineness levels, lets you fine-tune the in-cup result to taste and bean type.

The DeLonghi Eletta Explore was designed to meet the demands of exacting professional environments, offering a wide range of hot and cold drinks. Thanks to its intuitive screen and Wi-Fi connectivity, it gives direct access to 42 built-in recipes, and more than 120 preparations available via the Coffee Link app, ideal for enriching the user experience.
Designed for collaborative or reception areas, this machine incorporates two major technologies:
- LatteCrema Cool, a dedicated carafe for cold milk-based drinks, perfect for creamy and refreshing recipes.
- Cold Extraction Technology, allowing you to prepare genuine cold brew recipes (classic cold brew, mix, latte, cappuccino…).
The Over Ice modewidens the possibilities even further, with a selection of recipes adapted for iced enjoyment, such as espresso, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato or cold milk.
Usage capacity: choose according to your needs
The DeLonghi Eletta Explore is designed for moderate daily use, ideally up to 15 coffees per day.
