Both fragrant and refreshing, this green tea with mint is extremely delicate. Palais des Thés offers an organic recipe that is half organic green tea from China, half organic nanah mint.
Considered in Morocco as a rule of good manners, it can be enjoyed with fresh mint leaves added at the time of infusion and a touch of sugar for even more authenticity.
This tea is packaged in a box of 20 individually wrapped teabags and overwrapped. Brewing tips: 4 minutes in water ideally at 75°C. ; for a iced tea version let your tea steep for 30 minutes in room-temperature water, then chill it.
Ingredients: Green tea* (China) (50%), nanah mint* (50%). *Products from organic farming.
Palais des Thés is a tea house founded in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas. This visionary is driven by the desire to source teas in their countries of origin, directly from the producers.
He defines himself as a "tea seeker." From his travels he brings back his expertise; and from his passion for tea, many recipes are born, including the Hammam tea created in 1998, which is still a reference for Palais des Thés today.
