The Eureka Mignon Specialità Smart immediately seduces with itsrefined and professional aesthetics.
Ergonomics is also on the agenda with an adjustable fork, a300ghopper secured by a metal tab, adosing funnel includedfor loss-free use and55mm tempered steel flat burrs.
The Mignon Specialità Smart is equipped with the latestdigital adjustment technology. Its high-resolution color touch screen allows real-time visualization of the burr distance (Burrs Distance Detection technology), allowing for adjustment to the micron for unparalleled precision.
The user can record several recipes according to the chosen method (espresso, filter, moka, French press…) and program1 or 2 cups of coffee, or even an extra dose. Thanks to theACE(Anti-Clumps & Electrostatic) technology, the grind distribution is fluid, without clumping.
Thanks to Smart Technology, the grinder offersintelligent assistanceto adjust the grind according to the desired recipe. Finally, theSilent Technologymakes the grinder very quiet, ideal for domestic use.

When we talk about coffee grinders, there are those that do the job and those that truly transform your coffee experience. The Eureka Mignon Specialità Smart clearly belongs to the latter category. What strikes first is its 2.8-inch color touch screen. Not only is it reactive and pleasant to use, but it also displays valuable information such as the exact distance between the burrs.
We find, in particular, the Burrs Distance Detection system, which displays the burr distance in real-time. Result: an adjustment of extreme precision and the possibility of easily finding your "zero" or preferred grind profile.
The programming of two doses (with option for additional dose) and the "single dose" mode enhance its versatility.
