The Puly Caff detergent product contains 900g and is perfect for effectively cleaning and degreasing all coffee machines. It cleans and destroys oils and coffee residues nestled in the brew group to extend the life of your appliance.
Indeed, these oils alter the taste of the coffee and inhibit the aromas. Its economical format allows you to perform many cleanings, for all models of automatic and manual espresso machines.
For a professional espresso machine, cleaning must be done daily:
- Put a teaspoon (3 to 5 g) of Puly CAFF in the blind filter,
- Run water as if making a coffee then wait 15 seconds,
- Discharge, rinse and repeat the operation without the powder several times (5 to 6 times),
- Finally, run an espresso with your 'normal filter' and discharge.
