MFC® Red: the tablet that melts deposits
Designed to provide deep cleaning of the milk circuit, Cafetto MFC® Red tablets ensure a descaling action ideal for weekly maintenance of automatic machines. They effectively eliminate milk residues, mineral deposits and stubborn traces that can accumulate in pipes and steam nozzles. Thanks to their formula based on pharmaceutical and food-grade ingredients, they guarantee powerful cleaning while never being corrosive to the machine.
Complementary to MFC® Blue tablets, these are used weekly, especially in areas with hard water or when dairy beverage preparation is frequent. This Blue/Red alternation provides complete and reliable maintenance, ensuring hygiene, performance and equipment durability.
Tablet use is simple: simply dissolve one tablet in 500 ml of hot water, circulate the solution through the milk circuit according to machine instructions, then finish with a complete rinse with clear water. The tablets can also be used for manual cleaning of certain parts: a 30-minute soak is enough to effectively remove all milk traces and buildup. This versatility makes them a true ally for maintaining clean and efficient equipment over time.
Packaged in a jar of 62 units, they ensure long-lasting maintenance and stand as the essential complement to rigorous maintenance, guaranteeing perfect foam and preserving the quality of dairy beverages.
