This whole bean coffee is crafted from a rigorous selection of arabicas from Latin America, grown in accordance with the principles of organic farming. The beans are roasted using the so-called “ monk’s robe ” method, corresponding to a third-degree roast, meaning medium-dark. This process reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity, where the bean’s color evolves from green to warm, even brown shades.
