This reliable and versatile expresso machine will allow you to use pre-ground coffee, ESE pods, and freshly ground coffee beans.
Easy and complete Italian extraction
The Gaggia Classic E24 stands out for its ease of use, with a dedicated button for coffee extraction and another for steam activation.
It comes with a pressurized "crema perfetta" filter for one or two cups. This filter does not require a very fine grind, it will allow you to make a good espresso with an entry-level coffee mill.
To use the pressurized "crema perfetta" filter, do not forget to put the jet breaker frothing nozzle and remove it when switching to simple filters.
If you have an espresso mill, the Gaggia Classic E24 also has two simple filters (one cup and two cups).
The simple one-cup filter has a dual function: it can be used for ESE pods, a good option for those who prefer a decaffeinated option.
Thanks to itsstainless steel steam wand of professional quality, cappuccino and latte lovers will be able to make milk foam and train in latte art.
For a long coffee, you can gethot water via the steam wand.
The Gaggia Classic E24 expresso machine is equipped with a energy saving function : the machine automatically shuts off after 20 minutes of inactivity.
The water tank has a good capacity of 2.1 L.
Other accessories included with this machine: measuring spoon and black ABS tamper.
Features and maintenance of the Gaggia Classic E24
The Gaggia Classic E24 is equipped with a solenoid valve that relieves pressure in the portafilter immediately after extraction, to improve in-cup quality. The water from the portafilter drains through the open valve and goes into the drip tray. This leaves the coffee pucks relatively dry and the filter will be easier to clean.
