Following the success of the Encore ESP model, Baratza designed the Encore ESP Pro coffee grinder, adapted for any type of grind. With its sleek and modern design, it stands out for its compact and streamlined format.
The40 mm conical burrs in steel of M2 typeare manufactured in Europe. They allow for uniform grinding.
The Baratza Encore ESP Pro stands out for itsgreat grinding versatility, covering the entire range of methods, from espresso to filter coffee. Thanks to its270° dial, it allows for very fine and coarse adjustment of the grind, ideal for refining your settings according to your preparation.
Ergonomics are in the spotlight thanks to acentral adjustment dial, abacklit digital screen andLED lighting under the dispensing spout for visual monitoring of the grind. It offers a clear reading of the grind position, with130 adjustment steps in 0.5 increments.
Thanks to its internal improvements (flow control disc, new impeller wheel, optimized shaft), the motor runs quietly while ensuringperfect burr alignment, for optimal extraction quality.
Single dose or programmable grinding? You choose!
Each Baratza Encore ESP PRO grinder is precisely calibrated at the factory, so that each grinder is consistent and efficient.
This grinder offers two operating modes:Single Dosing for grinding on demand, andGrind by Time, programmable to the tenth of a second.
It also features anintelligent automatic shut-off system andanti-static technology by ionic generation, to prevent clumps of ground coffee and facilitate cleaning.
The Baratza Encore ESP Pro allows grinding into thedosing cup antistatic compatible with 54 /57 / 58 mm (included), to cleanly transfer the ground coffee into your espresso machine portafilter.
A small tray is provided to achieve the ideal distance between the cup and the dispensing spout, in order to reduce losses.
A hopper with a capacity of 200 g and a cup with a capacity of 40 g of ground coffee.
Theflow control disc optimizes grind consistency, and the550 rpm motor provides powerful torque while maintaining a low noise level.
Maintenance is very simpleentretien est très simple: the burrs can be easily removed without having to use any special tools.
