Mokador Castellari
The story begins in 1967 when Domenico Castellari decides to fly on his own. He opens his first shop and founds the Torrefazione Mokador in Faenza (a region renowned for its culinary tradition).
A cultural influence that will count a lot in the founder's approach, whose strategy for the coffee Castellari is to focus on the quality of coffee in opposition to a mass, quantity strategy.
