A professional coffee mill for espresso and filter
The coffee mill Eureka Atom 60 is a small professional mill with a robust body, in aluminum molded under pressure.
Its special burrs "Espresso & Brew"have been designed to grind coffee beans for espresso or filter coffee. These 60 mm diameter steel reinforced flat burrs offer excellent homogeneity. 60 mm in diameter offer excellent homogeneity.
The micrometric adjustment (via a wheel on the side) is a patented system by Eureka: when you turn the wheel, the entire engine block rises or falls. Consequently, the lower burr approaches or moves away from the upper burr to ensure precision and regularity of grinding without fail. This system also facilitates the maintenance of the mill.
With Eureka's Silent Technology, the Eureka Atom 60 mill is a very quiet mill compared to other coffee grinders. The sound level is reduced by about 20 dB.
Electronic "Barista Special" settings
The adjustment and recording of doses are very intuitive thanks to the LCD screen and Eureka's "Barista Special" system, with five buttons that allow you to choose between the following functions:
- + or - to adjust the dose
- Grind one dose (one cup)
- Grind two doses (two cups)
- Button * for extra dose
The "Start & Stop" function is also available to start grinding your coffee with a single press of the portafilter on the button located above the adjustable fork. Remove the portafilter to stop.
The fork gives you the possibility to use the Eureka Atom 60 mill in "hands-free".
To grind coffee beans properly
To facilitate the distribution of the grind for filter coffee and soft methods, this Eureka mill also has a 155 g container to grind properly and avoid any projection of ground coffee on your work surface.
The ACE system from Eureka was designed to prevent lumps and eliminate the presence of static electricity.
This Atom 60 mill is also equipped with a small LED light above the distribution system, so you can see exactly what is happening during the distribution of the grind.
For the longevity of the burrs and your grinder, don't forget maintenance!
