Overview of the San Miguel Coffees farm
With over 125 years of history, the Falla family is one of the oldest coffee-producing dynasties in Antigua. The San Miguel Coffees adventure began over 50 years ago, when Arturo Falla Cofiño acquired the El Tempixque farm, located near Antigua, between the active volcanoes Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango.
This exceptional terroir, perched between 1,500 and 1,900 meters above sea level, benefits from a cool climate, ideal humidity, and rich volcanic soils, offering perfect conditions for growing exceptional coffee. In addition to coffee, the farm also produces ornamental plants, such as poinsettias and orchids.
