A tester to evaluate the quality of your water and see if it is slightly or highly corrosive
This test will let you know the total hardness of your water before preparing your coffee or tea or simply before drinking it. The total hardness allows you to determine if your water is slightly or not corrosive.
Use:
- Let cold water run from the tap for 15 seconds
- Fill the test tube with water up to the 5 ml mark
- Turn the reagent bottle upside down and keep it in this position
- Add one drop of this reagent into the water and mix
- Repeat this operation until a green color is obtained (shake well between each drop).
- Count all the drops needed to obtain the green color, including the first drop.
10 drops = 10° Gh.
The more drops you need to reach a green color, the more regularly your water should be filtered.
We remind you that a water treatment solution is not universal because each geographical area has a different water quality. The filtered water capacity can therefore vary from one region to another.
