Brazil de Delta Cafés est un café moulu 100% Arabica. Delta Cafés nous propose un café au corps équilibré et très acidulé. Un café du Brésil, provenant de la région de Manaus et certifié Commerce Équitable (Rainforest Alliance).
Delta Cafés est la plus grande torréfaction de café existante au Portugal. La préoccupation constante dans la qualité a fait que Delta Cafés était en 1994 la première société de torréfaction Certifiée au Portugal. L'histoire des cafés Delta Cafés : En 1961, Rui Nabeiro décida de créer sa propre marque de café. Connaisseur du marché du café et entrepreneur par nature, initie l’activité avec seulement deux boules de torréfaction de 30 kg de capacité chacune, dans un petit entrepôt de 50 mètre carrés, dans le village de Campo Maior en Alentejo (sud du Portugal). Aujourd'hui, Il existe plus de 180 métiers chez Delta Cafés et la torréfaction compte plus de 2100 collaborateurs. Delta Cafés , c'est aussi une politique de citoyenneté, la société a initié un projet de développement soutenu avec l’objectif de bénéficier les régions productrices de café de meilleures conditions du point de vue environnemental, social et économique. Ce projet prétend, d’une part, développer la production de café de qualité et autre de garantir une industrie saine, responsable et soutenue, promouvant ainsi la croissance économique et l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des populations traditionnelles en respectant sa culture. |
