This green tea from fine plucking is composed of the bud and the first two leaves at the tips of each branch, offering the most delicate aromas of the tea plant.
The sweet and fruity flavors of this traditional green tea are enhanced by lime peel and spicy notes of ginger.
Terra Etica supports ecological development by offering this tea from organic agriculture, fine plucking, hand harvesting and fair trade.
Ingredients: green tea 57%, ginger 26%, natural lemon extract 10%, lemon peel, lime peel (2%).
About the SOFA cooperative:
Facing the large tea plantations in Sri Lanka, the SOFA cooperative supports this small-scale farming mindful of biodiversity through soil fertilization. 600 producers own small gardens where they grow tea and spices, ensuring monetary income through fair trade. They also cultivate fruits and vegetables for their personal consumption.
