Medium + Roasting:
Roasting medium + is an intermediate between dark roasting and medium roasting fromLugat. A dark roast allows for more roundness and consistency, at the expense of the terroir which becomes more faded. A medium roast, on the other hand, offers a livelier cup, a pronounced terroir, and a slightly acidic freshness.
The objective of this roasting is therefore to reveal all the sucrosity of the coffee and to find a good balance in the cup. Recommended for espresso, you will be able to taste an aromatic and accessible coffee to all.
The medium + roast is an entry point into the world of specialty coffee for espresso lovers, eager to discover a terroir.
