His farms cultivate prestigious varieties such as Mundo Nuovo and Yellow Catuaí, planted at 1150 m altitude. These exceptional varieties make up this unique terroir coffee. In this privileged environment, made up of sunny hills and plateaus, the coffee cherries ripen slowly until they reach perfect maturity. They are then carefully processed according to a natural process that guarantees irreproachable quality batches.
