This Coquelicot Gourmand black tea from Dammann Frères is a little marvel blended with pink peony flower petals and cornflower, with flavours of poppy, biscuit, and almond paste. This tea can be enjoyed throughout the day to savour its indulgent notes. To prepare your tea, heat water to 90 °C, which will allow the black tea to develop its aromas. Steep 2 grams of tea in the water for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste. If you enjoy it at teatime, you can pair it with a lemon biscuit or a financier to highlight the almond notes.
