Ethiopia Moka Sidamo Marabou whole bean coffee by Lugat
This 100% arabica coffee offers a floral and aromatic attack with a light acidity. Expect a full-bodied cup revealing citrus notes. A very expressive cup with beautiful sweetness.
It is a terroir coffee, indeed, it is recognized for the typicality of its terroir, a guarantee of quality coffee.
Presentation of the producing country, Ethiopia:
The Sidamo region is located in southern Ethiopia, on the border with Kenya. It owes its name to an ethnic group: the Sidamas, a people living in southwest Ethiopia. The south of the country is a privileged and exclusive place for coffee growing.
The coffees grow under the shade of forest trees and are picked manually in a selective manner. Then they are processed by the wet method, a method that gives it a very beautiful acidity.
Moka Sidamo represents 11% of production. The washed quality is highly sought after.
