Upon tasting, the flavor is complex, rich in aromas, balanced and full of creaminess. The roasting carried out in Italy, in Settimo Torinese, revealed spicy notes, dried fruit and more subtle wood. Some rather chocolatey gourmand notes may also emerge.
We recommend enjoying it with a slice of walnut and pistachio bread. A play of textures in the mouth and a multitude of flavors.
