Recipe idea: Mummy's Cappuccino
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Routin 1883 Soft Caramel syrup
- Routin 1883 Caramel Sauce
- 30 ml espresso
- 100 ml whole milk
Preparation:
- Heat and froth the milk with a steam wand
- Pour the syrup into a cappuccino cup
- Pull an espresso shot
- Pour the milk in a heart shape
- Decorate with small caramel hearts
