Routin recipe idea: Mummy's Cappuccino
You will need:
- 20 ml of Routin 1883 Soft Caramel syrup
- Routin 1883 Caramel Sauce
- 30 ml of espresso
- 100 ml of whole milk
Preparation:
- Heat and froth the milk with a steam wand
- Pour the syrup into a cappuccino cup
- Pull an espresso
- Pour the milk making a heart
- Decorate with small caramel sauce hearts
