A recipe idea?
Recipe for Smoked Lemon :
You will need:
- 3cl of 1883 Routin Lemon syrup
- 15cl of Lapsang Souchong tea
- 2 dashes of Antésite Licorice
You must:
- Brew the tea in a teapot
- Put the syrup in a cup then strain the tea over it
- Stir and add the dashes of Antésite
- Then garnish with a lemon slice and a licorice stick
- Enjoy!
