Routin recipe idea: Choco cookie ice cream
You will need:
- 20 ml of Routin 1883 Chocolate Cookie syrup
- 10 ml of Routin 1883 Chocolate sauce
- 20 ml of coconut milk
- 100 ml of vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
- Place a few cookie crumbs and chocolate sauce in a small conical glass
- Put the ice cream, syrup, and coconut milk in a blender
- Blend and place the resulting sorbet in the glass
- Store in the freezer until the mixture sets
