Thanks to a rotary button located on the side, you can choose between six browning levels. This precise setting allows you to obtain toast ranging from a light golden color to a well-crispy toast.
The defrost function is ideal for toasting frozen bread slices without harming their texture or taste. A simple press of the dedicated button allows you to perfectly toast your frozen bread. If you simply want to reheat your toast further without toasting them, the reheat function is perfect. Finally, the bagel function, specially designed to toast only one side of the bread, is perfect for crispy bagels on the inside while keeping the outside soft.

For a gourmet breakfast, nothing beats thick slices. The Smeg toaster features two wide 3.6 cm slots. You can toast sandwich bread, bagels or baguette-style bread. The browning will be even thanks to the automatic centering, all you have to do is choose your browning color and enjoy.
Ergonomics and safety are at the heart of this toaster's design. The extra-high lift lever makes it easy to retrieve slices and the non-slip feet provide optimal stability on the countertop. For easy maintenance, a removable crumb tray allows you to easily collect crumbs and keep the appliance clean.
The cable storage system, cleverly located under the base of the appliance, allows you to keep your countertop clear when not in use, contributing to an organized kitchen.
