The SMEG ECF02BLEU Black replaces the ECF01 model.
SMEG kept the legendary design with the 1950s vintage look, with improvements over the original model.
The ECF02 coffee machine features more functions and an improved steam wand.
All espresso machines in the ECF02 range are designed in Italy.
This SMEG ECF02BLEU coffee machine is convenient to use.
It will allow you to make good coffees with pre-ground coffee, thanks to the pressurized filters or with ESE pods using the dedicated filter.
To better appreciate all the aromas of your coffee, we recommend using freshly ground coffee beans. An entry-level coffee grinder will be perfectly suited for this SMEG coffee machine.
The SMEG ECF02BLEU black coffee machine is programmable with four buttons located on top of the machine.
The new feature on the ECF02 range is the ability to access two operating modes
By following the simple instructions in the manual, you can access both basic and secondary modes.
Basic mode (LED lights are white):
- Single espresso
- Double espresso
- Steam (normal intensity)
Secondary mode (LED lights are orange):
- Long single espresso
- Long double espresso
- Steam (higher intensity)
You can also adjust the water temperature (low, medium, high), water hardness (soft, medium, hard) and automatic standby (10 min, 30 min, 3 hours).
The improved design stainless steel steam wand will help you make creamy milk foam for your milk-based drinks.
The steam wand can also dispense hot water for tea or long coffee. The water tank has a capacity of 1.1 L.
This coffee machine is equipped with non-slip feet for good stability on your worktop.
The SMEG ECF02BLEU will allow you to make coffee in taller cups by removing the drip tray under the brew group.
An alarm will alert you when the water reservoir is too low and when descaling is needed.
This SMEG espresso machine comes with two pressurized filters for ground coffee and one filter for ESE pods.
The portafilter is made of stainless steel, 51 mm in diameter.
Other accessories: ABS dosing spoon with a tamper tip, water hardness test strip, cleaning needle for the steam wand.
The filter cartridge is not included.
Be sure to use a maintenance product suitable for your espresso machine to ensure its longevity.
