Thanks to on-demand grinding, the professional espresso grinder Nuova Simonelli Mythos Basic allows all the fragrance and aroma of coffee beans to be carried into the cup.
Its various electronic functions make it a jewel of technology:
- Double dose counter (partial / total)
- Two dose selection options
- 3 programmable doses
- delay time programming (distribution delay)
- Increase function
- Two languages
Using this LCD screen, the barista can adjust the dose, but also lock the grinder so that the settings cannot be changed.
This grinder is able to hold the portafilter during grinding, which means the barista can use other equipment during the grinding process.
The Nuova Simonelli Mythos Basic allows you to save on coffee dosing thanks to the ability to program up to 3 different doses.
Ability to interrupt and then resume the distribution of the grind up to the programmed dose.
Thanks to the micrometric grind adjustment and its 75 mm diameter flat steel burrs, the Mythos Basic is ideal for serving the best espresso to your customers.
