The 1883 Routin Cinnamon Syrup
Routin , a French brand of premium syrups , offers you this cinnamon syrup from the Routin 1883 range , made with the pure water of the French Alps.
In a rich chocolate, a coffee-based drink or even in a cocktail, you will enjoy its spicy and sweet cinnamon aroma .
The syrups from the House of Routin are premium syrups recognized for their accuracy, purity and aromatic intensity. They are very often found with professionals but are also highly sought after by individuals.
You are not immune to breaking a syrup bottle. Thanks to PET plastic bottles (Polyethylene Terephthalate), avoid any risk of breakage . PET plastic is 100% recyclable .

Routin recipe idea: Cinnamon egg nog
You will need:
- 20 ml of 1883 Routin Cinnamon Syrup
- 40 ml of Bourbon
- 1 egg yolk
- 120 ml of hot milk
- Ground white pepper
Preparation:
- Frost a glass with fine white sugar and cinnamon shards.
- Place the egg yolk, Bourbon, syrup, and 2 turns of the white pepper mill in it.
- Stir to homogenize the mixture.
- Pour in the milk previously heated with the steam wand.
- Garnish with powder and a cinnamon stick.
- Serve.

Cane sugar, water, coloring: caramel E150a, natural cinnamon flavor.
