Monin recipe idea: Blueberry Muffin Shake
You will need:
- 30 ml of Monin Fruit Purée blueberry
- 1 spoon of Monin Vanilla Frappé
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 half piece of muffin
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a blender
- Add ice cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Serve with a straw

Sugar, blueberries (cubes and purée), natural flavouring, food colourings: purple carrot and hibiscus extracts, acidifier: citric acid, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains the equivalent of 50.1% blueberries.
