Grown in tropical and temperate regions, the passion fruit is known and recognized among the many varieties of exotic fruits , it is also called Maracuja, Chinola.
Passion fruit is one of the most fragrant fruits . Its pulp has a bright orange color, a very distinctive exotic aroma and a sweet and fruity flavor .

Monin recipe idea: Passion smoothie
You will need:
- 45 ml of Monin Passion Fruit Puree
- 1 spoon of Monin neutral Frappé
- 100 ml of water
- 1 piece of lemon
Preparation:
- Pour ingredients into a blender
- Add ice cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Serve with a straw

Sugar, water, concentrated passion fruit puree, natural flavor, acidifier: sodium citrate, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains the equivalent of 50.1% passion fruit puree.
